In the battery energy storage system, the cooling system of the battery pack is divided into an integrated cooling system and a split cooling system.
       Integrated cooling system is usually suitable for systems with small energy storage scale and dispersed power generation equipment, where the cooling air conditioning and battery pack box are installed as a whole. A battery compartment comes with a set of coolers.
       A split cooling system is usually suitable for large power generation and energy storage stations, consisting of multiple battery compartment boxes and an integrated large refrigeration room box. 1 refrigeration module corresponding to multiple battery compartments to be cooled.
       Our company collaborates with friends to design and develop an integrated skid-mounted machine room/smart box machine room, especially for the split cooling system of large energy storage stations. It has the characteristics of fast station construction, fast network access, intelligent management, and convenient maintenance.
        Internal components also include: chiller, cooling tower, heat exchanger, circulating pump unit, battery compartment temperature sensing unit, quick installation pipeline outside the box, precision control valve group, instruments and meters, constant pressure water replenishment, parameter monitoring, and remote control system, etc.
